Edmundo Gantier is an Architect with 20+ years of experience in design and construction industries.
Gantier worked for contractors in the construction of residential projects in, Bolivia. He held roles as site supervisor in the building process and leading designer.
He has a multi-lingual capacity, he is fluent in English, Spanish.
As an Architect, Gantier worked in numerous projects in Bolivia, Peru, Spain and Germany. The project types goes from Single Residencies, to Residence Buildings, Public Buildings, Interior design and Industrial design. He was dynamically involved in the process of design in addition to standard architecture, applying bioclimatic and environmental techniques, such as buildings orientation, sun position, and wind analysis to apply and improve the energy efficiency inside the facilities. (Passive architecture).
His studies and analysis where used to advise Contractors and Owners, to design and build their projects being respectful with the environment, using design strategies and technology. Smart buildings systems for energy efficiency.
His work integrates design capabilities in combination with formal elements and strategies to accomplish a complete architecture design proposal in any scale, location of the site (weather), techniques and technology.
