ZERO Building
ZERO is a set of department blocks of dimensions and compact spaces aimed at a young audience.
Inside, two courtyards are created that help to order blocks of 4 levels and give that feeling of '' neighborhood ''.
The deck on the deck is built into the meeting center and recreational activities, as well as a viewpoint, almost scenography that offers beautiful views of the city. The feeling of living harmoniously in a small community is achieved thanks to the very generous and enlightened spaces of circulation.
At no time can one perceive a feeling of cloister, on the contrary, the dynamic perception of comfort is present thanks to the fluid and illuminated spaces both inside and outside. The mirrors of water in the patios generate a thermal, light and natural ventilation, indispensable to achieve spatiality in the blocks and corridors. Being the management of these aspects of the climate, fundamental for a project developed in a geographical situation.
