PREFABRICATED houses and its ELEMENTS ARE ECOLOGICAL
CONCRETE IS BUILT IN A SUSTAINABLE WAY, WITH EFFICIENT USE OF RESOURCES AND WITH RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
Environmental sustainability.
Prefabricated elements are completely safe in the construction industries, houses and buildings. Concrete does not release contaminants into the environment or surrounding water. Furthermore, precast concrete elements can be used for the storage or transportation of poisonous substances since they cannot pass out through the precast elements.
Very little waste in production and reduction of packaging material
Very little waste is produced in the production of precast concrete elements, since all materials used are used optimally through computer-controlled manufacturing. The unused fresh concrete is added back, as indicated above, almost 100%, to the production. Furthermore, in construction with prefabricated elements, packaging material is reduced since they are stored without packaging and transported to the construction site.
Reduction in energy, water and construction material consumption.
Modern concrete production plants are directed and controlled by a pilot computer. The computer accurately calculates the quantities of necessary materials such as cement, structural steel, water, etc. and, enables optimal use of the material.
Not only can savings be made in the production of concrete elements, the positive characteristics of the construction material are also reflected in the use of a building from prefabricated elements.
We apply all the concepts and every resource in every country, all the factories and the industries that already exist to be part of every project to achieve a reduction in CO3 emissions and lower energy consumption.
